Useful tool to simplify IOL implantation

Available in 13mm (ideal for small eyes) or 16mm (for all eyes). For use with any IOL. Includes a sterile, single-use injector.

The K9-CTR™ helps reduce post-operative complications and ensures more consistent surgical outcomes. This product permits circular expansion of capsular bags, improves IOL centration and resists capsular shrinkage.

K9-CTR™ Capsular Tension Rings

Instructions for Use

  1. Inspect the K9 CTR pouch. Make sure it is not damaged.
  2. Open pouch pack, take the container and put it in a sterile field.
  3. While keeping the container in a horizontal position, unscrew the cap and lift it carefully.
  4. Grasp the ring gently with a forceps or by using a special sterile, single-use inserter provided with this product.
  5. Note: Inspect the K9 CTR Capsular Tension Ring before using!
